Metamorphosis Retreat
A gathering of people who are exploring, expanding and sharing their potential through meditation.

The goal of Meditation Group is to create a setting where people of similar mindsets, energy, and interests can gather to share in and support one another's meditation practice. When we gather together, with mutual respect, we can harmonize and multiply our frequency to achieve a more profound, and enjoyable experience. In order to create the conditions for this to occur, and ensure everybody's safety and comfort, there are a number of guidelines we ask everybody to follow.

1. Please show up on time and in a mind state appropriate to the occasion, remember when meditating our energies will mingle together; so be mindful about the effect your energy will have on the group.

2. Please make sure your cell phones and electronic devices are placed on silent so as to not accidentally disturb the session once we have begun.

3. Please respect everybody's comfort in the environment, refrain from wearing any strong scents such as perfumes or colognes.

4. As the body's sensitivity is heightened during meditation it is important to dress appropriately with your shoulders and knees covered; long pants and socks are recommended.

5. Meditation should be done indoors with the windows closed and fans turned off to prevent adverse effects from the wind.

6. When in deep meditation any loud sound or unexpected touch can cause a serious shock to the system, and is very DANGEROUS. When meditating make sure you are with people you trust, and in a situation where people will not be coming or going, or pets walking around.

7. Come out of meditation slowly and quietly so as to preserve the benefits and extend the frequency of the meditative mode into your waking life.

8. Take your time to re-engage with the outside world as it is common to remain 'zoned-out' from the meditation for quite some time.
